Each morning, participants will attend 15 hours of interactive English lessons led by certified teachers, helping them build confidence in speaking and communication. In the afternoons, they will take part in two professional rugby training sessions with RFU-qualified coaches, focusing on technical skills, tactics, and game awareness. The tour also includes two competitive fixtures against local school or club teams, providing a chance to test their abilities against UK opposition.

Beyond rugby, players will experience the best of London. They’ll enjoy a behind-the-scenes tour of Twickenham Stadium, the legendary home of England Rugby, where they’ll explore the dressing rooms, players' tunnel, and the World Rugby Museum.
