Revel arranges the touring side's travel, sorts tour approval and insurance with the union, and briefs both clubs on the day so all you have to do is turn up and host.

Questions clubs ask us
Does it cost anything to sign up?
No. Putting your club on the list is free, and there's no obligation attached to signing up.
Does signing up commit us to anything?
No. You choose the dates that suit you, and you're free to say no to any specific fixture we bring you.
Who handles union tour approval?
Revel does. We take care of tour approval, insurance and the touring side's travel arrangements — your club doesn't need to arrange any of it.
What about safeguarding for overnight stays?
Age-grade tours involving overnight stays follow RFU guidance, and Revel handles the safeguarding paperwork that goes with it.
What if we can only host on some dates?
Just say so on the form. Our staff read every note before calling, so we'll only ever come to you with a date that could actually work.
