Friday afternoon. The buses roll in, lodges get claimed, kit gets dumped — and within the hour kids who've never met are swapping flags. By dinner the holiday park already sounds like one big club social.

BOOTS OFF
Surf lessons, go-karts, pools — tell us what the squad's into and we'll help set it up. And some of it just happens: one group packed water pistols, and suddenly it was a festival-wide battle.

THE MEDAL
WALL
Minis (U11 and under) play non-competitive festival rugby — every player goes home with a medal round their neck. From U12 up it's competitive, with multiple cups in every age group: day one finds your level, day two puts you in a final you can actually win — however strong your squad. The finalists take the medals — and the photographs prove how loud it gets.
