Everything between leaving the school gates and coming back through them. Fixtures arranged with local club sides at the standard you tell us the squad is playing at, accommodation, travel and transfers, and the hours between games spent on something worth the journey — a coast, a city, a stadium.

Your own staff lead the students. That is not a job we take over, and no school would want us to. What you get alongside them is a named Revel tour manager, from the first enquiry through to the trip itself rather than a shared inbox, and transport to and from every fixture and activity once you have arrived.

Tours are built rather than picked off a shelf. Tell us the age group, the standard, the dates and the budget, and the itinerary is written around those. Bath and Brighton are the short UK trips; the UK Performance Tour is the serious end, a week of professional coaching, elite facilities and stadium tours at historic British grounds. In Europe, Lille is the easy first tour abroad, with Cork, Biarritz, Barcelona and the Costa Blanca beyond it — and Japan for a squad going further, with fixtures in Tokyo and Osaka and the bullet train between them.

This is the part that decides whether a tour happens at all, so it is worth being plain about it. School groups are a different job from club groups and we treat them as one: Revel arranges documentation support including invitation letters, visa guidance and parent information packs, plus a shareable information link that parents, guardians and faculty can all read from.

Revel provides risk assessments covering travel, accommodation, fixtures and excursions, in the form your approval process needs. There is financial protection on every booking.

If your school has its own form, a governors' committee or a local authority process to satisfy, say so at the enquiry rather than at the end. Writing documentation to a school's format at the start is straightforward; retrofitting it a fortnight before departure is not.

Two ways, and the school chooses whichever fits how it already runs trips.

The school pays as one group. It collects the money from families itself and sends it to Revel as a single group deposit, with the later payments made the same way.

Or parents pay Revel direct. We set the tour up as one share link, and each family books its places and pays its own deposit and instalments straight to us. Your organiser dashboard shows who has booked and who has paid, and we send the reminders.
