Your own staff lead the students. That is not a job we take over, and no school would want us to. What you get alongside them is a named Revel tour manager, from the first enquiry through to the trip itself rather than a shared inbox, and transport to and from every fixture and activity once you have arrived.

Tours are built rather than picked off a shelf. Tell us the age group, the standard, the dates and the budget, and the itinerary is written around those. Bath and Brighton are the short UK trips; the UK Performance Tour is the serious end, a week of professional coaching, elite facilities and stadium tours at historic British grounds. In Europe, Lille is the easy first tour abroad, with Cork, Biarritz, Barcelona and the Costa Blanca beyond it — and Japan for a squad going further, with fixtures in Tokyo and Osaka and the bullet train between them.

This is the part that decides whether a tour happens at all, so it is worth being plain about it. School groups are a different job from club groups and we treat them as one: Revel arranges documentation support including invitation letters, visa guidance and parent information packs, plus a shareable information link that parents, guardians and faculty can all read from.

If your school has its own form, a governors' committee or a local authority process to satisfy, say so at the enquiry rather than at the end. Writing documentation to a school's format at the start is straightforward; retrofitting it a fortnight before departure is not.
