Three days, one big match
We organise a friendly against a local South Wales club: Friday evening, Saturday or Sunday, whichever fits your weekend. On Saturday the whole squad is in the city with 45,000 others for the match.
FRIDAY 16 APRIL
Arrive and settle in
Travel down at your own pace or by coach from the club. Check in to your hotel in or near Cardiff. If your friendly is on the Friday evening, you play it after check-in.
YOUR FRIENDLY
Friday evening, Saturday or Sunday
We organise a friendly against a local South Wales club, matched to your age group and level as closely as we can. We find the host club, the pitch and the referee, and settle the day with you to fit your weekend.
SATURDAY 17 APRIL
Bristol Bears v Gloucester
Into Cardiff for a 3.05pm kick-off at the Principality Stadium. Your squad's tickets are booked together, so you sit as a group where seats allow.
SUNDAY 18 APRIL
Home
Breakfast, check out and head home with the stories. If your friendly falls on the Sunday, you play it before the journey home. Want a longer stay or a second fixture? Ask and we will price it.
Why the day is open: host clubs' fixtures differ from weekend to weekend, so we fit the friendly to the day that suits both sides rather than fixing it for everyone.

FREQUENTLY ASKED
Is this an official Bristol Bears package?
No. Revel is an independent tour operator. We put together the weekend around the match: the friendly, the hotel and your squad's match tickets as a group. Neither club is involved in arranging the package.
Who will we play in the friendly?
A local South Wales club, matched to your age group and level as closely as we can. The day is open: Friday evening, Saturday or Sunday, whichever fits your weekend. We confirm the host club with you in the weeks before the trip.
Where will we stay?
A hotel in or near Cardiff, chosen for your group size and budget. The more of you share a room, the lower the price per person.
How are under-12 and under-19 tickets handled?
The home club sells adult, under-19 and under-12 tickets. Junior club prices already allow for players' and parents' tickets, so the price on your quote covers the whole party.
Can you arrange a coach from our club?
Yes. We can add coach travel from your club and transfers during the weekend to your quote.
Can we stay longer or play on the Sunday as well?
Yes. Tell us what you have in mind and we will price an extra night or a second fixture.
